43 seconds of footage filmed by John Barr in the "City Room" of Manchester Arena on the night of 22nd May 2017 shortly after the Ariana Grande concert had ended. The footage captures the aftermath of an incident which was later reported to be a major blast from a TATP bomb resulting in 23 fatalities and dozens of casualties with blast injuries.
